This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 73-acre property is about to be placed under a 2-year timber contract. The timber is mostly mature pines that will be cut soon. A nice creek is along the southern border which will have a buffer left on it. This area has some good trails and setup areas even after the timbering. I also found some signs of turkeys along the creek. A small field near the entrance can be planted in a food plot. Other small food plots will be allowed after timber is cut, if desired. Property is rather remote on a gravel road with limited residents on it. You cannot hear any road traffic when on this property.

Camping and ATV use are acceptable for hunting purposes only.

Sunday hunting is allowed.
